BLAHOR(n)ening

The event is organized live within the covid measures for culture.
An evening of staged readings dedicated to the enfant terrible of independent and auteur theatre in Slovakia – Blah Uhar (1951).
The articles, manifestos, interviews and confessions of Blah Uhlar will be read, recited and felt by Tomáš Plánka, a member of Dogma Theatre in Trenčín.
Paraphrasing the definition of “beatification” as a process of the Catholic Church in which the life, attitudes and actions of a particular person are examined in detail and which precedes the declaration of that person as blessed/blessed, and adding the letter “n”, the word “beatification” is created, in which we find hidden the baptismal name of Blah Uhlar.
BLAHOreč(n)enie is my confession to Blah Uhlar, who fundamentally influenced my perception of theatre, creation and the world.
