Our e-shop deadred.sk, under the name Fluidum Design, Saratovská 4/32, 91108 Trenčín, ID No.: 37129368 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) clearly and openly communicates how it processes your personal data in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”). We respect your right to privacy. In the interests of transparency, this policy provides details of what personal data we process, for what purpose, for how long, who we pass it on to, what your rights are, and much more.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The Controller is the controller of the personal data provided by you, the customer, when placing an order and which is necessary for the order to be processed: name and surname, full postal address, e-mail address, telephone (to facilitate communication) and payment details. We use this data exclusively for the performance of the contract between us and the customer and do not provide it to any third party, with the exception of organisations providing transport of goods and involved in the operation of the deadred.sk e-commerce. Without the mandatory data, it is not possible to conclude a contract for the delivery of goods and therefore it is not possible to buy from us. You voluntarily provide us with personal data where we ask for your consent, e.g. when registering, sending newsletters, reviews, etc., to the extent indicated there.

What rights you have over your data

You can also request that your personal data be deleted. However, this does not apply to data we need to keep about you for administrative, legal or security reasons. How long we keep your data
For users who register in the e-shop, we also store the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data (except for user changes) at any time. Website administrators may also view and edit this information. For both registered and non-registered purchases, we retain your information for a period of three years, with a new three-year period starting from the date you place your last order. When you rate goods (review) for a period of three years. When sending commercial communications without making a purchase, contact form, product enquiry, etc. for a period of one year. Alternatively, within the statutory period (for a period of 11 years the data shown on the tax document).
Thereafter, your personal data will be deleted if you do not agree to the extension of the processing of your personal data.
How we protect your data

All information when paying via the PayPal payment gateway is sent in encrypted form using the SSL protocol. This means that the information passes through a secure connection and that your payment card details cannot be read by external parties. We use a double opt-in feature to verify your email. The data we collect from you is stored exclusively within the European Union.
