THE CULTURAL STUDIES (EN)
The Cultural Studies ‘ musical bile blast is the creative product of Trenčín native Oskar Pompa and Eric a.k.a. Stereo Vampire from St. Louis, USA. This slum-poet literally infects imaginative electro-acoustic music with spoken word, protesting and outraging like a rebellious raccoon with his humorous yet apt lyrics about society. In Slovakia he was replaced by a native Texan – Jeremy Hill. The pair is completed by Matúš Homola, drummer from The Autumnist and Nylon Union projects. TCS have released 2 LPs and both their debut singles were featured on BBC Radio 6 Music’s The Tom Robinson Show.
