JAAN (SK)

Under the name JAAN, the composer Ján Ančic will perform his compositions using piano, synthesizers and other electronic instruments. He studied composition at the Bratislava Conservatory and sound composition at the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. He is the author of music in several broadcast works of film, television and radio. He pays special attention to sound design, in the field of sound synthesis he is the creator of corporate sounds contained in some electronic instruments. Since 2005 he has collaborated with the Experimental Studio of Slovak Radio on various composition projects. He will present compositions from his forthcoming album at the KUltour event.
